Jyl Lozier-Oman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified school social worker, and Certified Mindfulness Instructor. Jyl has worked in the field of social work for the past 35 years, out of which she spent 23 years in Guilford as an elementary school social worker. Prior to that, Jyl worked in community mental health and currently has a private practice in Guilford, CT. Jyl also teaches at Quinnipiac University in their Master's social work program.

Jyl has worked with adults and children for the past 35 years, hoping to address their mental health and substance abuse issues. Jyl is an active supporter of demandZERO. She passionate about this initiative and is confident this will educate youth about the disease of addiction of the dangers of fentanyl.
